1. Eligibility for Return
You may apply for return within 30 days after receiving your item. Items must be unused, undamaged and kept in original packaging. Damages caused by improper use are not covered for return.
2. Non-returnable Items
Customized products, clearance sale items cannot be returned.
3. Return Process
Please contact our customer service by email first to get a return authorization. Do NOT send items back without our confirmation. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost unless we send wrong or defective goods.
4. Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund to your original payment account within 5-10 business days. Refund time depends on your payment provider.
5. Damaged / Wrong Item
If you receive broken, damaged or incorrect items, please send us photos within 48 hours after delivery. We will arrange replacement or refund for this case.
